From January 1, 2023 to February 10, 2023, the company has repurchased 40,000 shares, representing 0.42% for ¥290.41 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 279,200 shares, representing 2.88% for ¥1,999.48 million under the buyback announced on April 27, 2022.

The Company operates through three business segments. The Logistics Management business is engaged in the lump-sum commissioning of logistics functions of client companies and the operation of distribution centers. The Industrial Support business is engaged in the provision of production contracting and temporary staffing services.
