From October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 65,500 shares, representing 0.7% for ¥477.68 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 220,300 shares, representing 2.33% for ¥1,533.65 million under the buyback announced on April 26, 2023.

The Company operates through three business segments. The Logistics Management business is engaged in the lump-sum commissioning of logistics functions of client companies and the operation of distribution centers.
