Transaction Capital Limited is a holding company organized around 3 areas of activity:
- trade in used vehicles (78.9% of net sales): business ensured at the end of September 2022, through a network of 35 outlets and via the e-commerce platform WeBuyCars. The group also offers financing, insurance and vehicle rental services;
- development of digital solutions and services for the commercial sector (13.2%; Nutun);
- operation of an integrated minibus taxi platform (7.9%; SA Taxi): loans to small and medium-sized companies operating in the fixed-route minibus taxi sector, sale of new and used minibus cabs, repair and maintenance services, insurance, sale of spare parts, etc.
Revenue is distributed geographically as follows: South Africa (97.6%), Australia (2.3%) and Europe (0.1%).
