Announcement of Revision to Year-End Dividend Forecast

TV Asahi Holdings Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that it has revised its year-end dividend forecast for the year ending March 31, 2023, which was previously announced on February 10, 2023. The details are as follows.

1. Reason for revision to dividend forecast

The Company regards the distribution of profits to shareholders as an important management policy, and strives to pay stable ordinary dividends and to return profits to shareholders through commemorative dividends that mark key events and special dividends as warranted by financial performance in a given fiscal period.

In light of the above and comprehensively taking into account the start of the new management plan "TV Asahi for the New Era: Management Plan 2023-2025" from fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, as well as the achievements of the current management plan "TV Asahi 360° 2020-2025," the Company plans to add a special dividend of 10 yen to the previous year-end dividend forecast (announced on February 10, 2023), making the year-end dividend 30 yen per share. As a result, the annual dividend is forecast to be 50 yen per share. Moreover, this plan will be submitted to the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2023.
