The supervisory board of the Ukrnafta elected three new board members. Hennadii Radchenko, Robert Wally and Mavriky Kalugin, and also dismissed board member Chris Cox appointed in late 2015. Radchenko, who had worked for Nestle Ukraine as corporate relations and communications director, has become the executive vice-president for social and environmental development.

Radchenko will be responsible for external and internal communications of the company, for relations with state bodies, social programs and policy of the company touching health, security and environment. Robert Wally worked as Executive vice-president for technologies and services and independent consultant and engaged in the restructure of service businesses in Russia. Kalugin replaced Cox in position of an executive vice-president for extraction and processing.

He had occupied managerial positions in Petrofac, Cairn Energy, BP in Russia and India.
