Ukrnafta has commenced the process of restructuring its head office to optimize organizational processes. The process of restructuring has started in the head office of Ukrnafta PJSC aimed at improvement of the company's operational efficiency and optimization of its organizational processes. Ukrnafta will focus on the creation of the modern management system, which will correspond to the European standards.

The new system will be aimed at the improvement of management efficiency of the company. It will simplify the organizational system and improve cooperation within the company. The decision was made after the analysis of all organizational processes was complete.

The existing model did not meet modern requirements: there were no well-defined patterns of interaction between departments, which resulted in duplication of certain functions and responsibilities. The changes affect particularly all the departments connected with extraction and conversion of hydrocarbon, procurement system, labor safety and health protection etc. Subsequently, all structural units of Ukrnafta PJSC will changes as well.

These changes will help Ukrnafta to become a strong and competitive company, to raise its efficiency and staff motivation. The restructuring aims to eliminate bureaucracy, it will lead to the modernization of the processes and in its turn will reduce the amount of non-efficient operations, speed up team cooperation and decision making. The changes will also result in stimulation of proactivity and implementation of the new financial and non-financial reward system, which will be based on staff performance.
