Volvere plc announced that Michael Tzirki has been appointed to the Board of Volvere as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect. Michael Andrew Tzirki (age 62) is Managing Director of Shire Foods Limited, the Group's 80%-owned food manufacturing business. Michael qualified as a Chartered Civil Engineer in 1991 and has worked both in the public and private sectors in a number of different roles.
He has been a director of Shire Foods Limited since 1994 and Managing Director since 1996.
