Volvere plc (AIM:VLE) commences share repurchases on July 10, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on June 26, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 1,176,711 shares representing 50% of its issued share capital. The minimum price which may be paid for such shares is £0.0000001 per ordinary share and the maximum price (exclusive of expenses) which may be paid for an ordinary share shall not be more than 20% above the average of the closing offer prices for an ordinary share as derived from the AIM Appendix to the London Stock Exchange Official List for the five business days immediately preceding the date on which the ordinary share is purchased.

The repurchase program will expire at the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the company or on September 23, 2024, whichever is earlier.
