The Annual General Meeting of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA was held today,
Thursday 2 May 2024, as a digital meeting with online participation.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of
directors and the nomination committee, cf. notice of the Annual General Meeting
published on NewsWeb Oslo Børs on 10 April 2024.

The Annual General Meeting approved the board's proposal to distribute a
dividend of NOK 10.00 per share. The dividend accrues to the shareholders as of
2 May 2024, cf. key information related to cash dividend published on NewsWeb
Oslo Børs on 15 February 2024.

Enclosed are the minutes of the Annual General Meeting in Norwegian (signed
original) and English (office translation). The English translation of the
