WILL Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3241) entered into business transfer contract to acquire reform business from Murakami Co., Ltd. for ¥0.5 million in cash on November 1, 2013. Reform business reported sales of ¥269 million and current loss of ¥52.49 million for fiscal year ended March 25, 2013. The transaction is expected to be completed on November 2, 2013.
