Wisher Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 90.734 million compared to TWD 90.677 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 7.978 million compared to TWD 3.534 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 16.664 million compared to TWD 9.339 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.16 compared to TWD 0.09 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 164.114 million compared to TWD 218.773 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 23.895 million compared to TWD 14.812 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 25.917 million compared to TWD 9.063 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.25 compared to TWD 0.09 a year ago.
WISHER INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is principally engaged in processing, manufacture and distribution of fabric and filament products. The Company provides textured yarns, polyester filament woven fabrics and knitted fabrics. The Companyâs products include elastic polyester textured yarns, special polyester textured yarns and other products, which are applied in manufacture of knitted fabrics, casual apparels, sportswear, industrial fabrics and trousers, among others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
