Wisher Industrial Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 118.35 million compared to TWD 90.73 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 33.04 million compared to net loss of TWD 16.66 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.32 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.32.
For the six months, sales was TWD 248.61 million compared to TWD 164.11 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 48.7 million compared to net loss of TWD 25.92 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.47 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.47.
WISHER INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is principally engaged in processing, manufacture and distribution of fabric and filament products. The Company provides textured yarns, polyester filament woven fabrics and knitted fabrics. The Companyâs products include elastic polyester textured yarns, special polyester textured yarns and other products, which are applied in manufacture of knitted fabrics, casual apparels, sportswear, industrial fabrics and trousers, among others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
