Harbin High-Tech (Group) Co.,Ltd announced the proposal of electing Yang Dengrui as non-independent director in term change of the directorate, the proposal of electing Shi Jianming as non-independent director in term change of the directorate and the proposal of electing Huang Hailun as non-independent director in term change of the directorate.
