XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation has announced that it has decided to undertake the debt financing. XYMAX REIT will use the Borrowings to redeem a short-term borrowings of JPY 1,770 million and a long- term borrowings of JPY 3,088 million due on January 31, 2022. In addition, Investment Corporation will use the part of borrowing to acquire the domestic real estate trust.
Total amount is JPY 6.508 billion. Schedule date of expenditure is January 31, 2022.
