  • For the full year ended 31 December 2022, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre- sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks was approximately RMB68.091 billion on contracted gross floor ("GFA") of 1,433,550 square metres ("sqm"), an increase of 14.3% and a decrease of 23.3% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2021.
  • In addition, a total of approximately RMB2.691 billion of subscription sales of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates was recorded as at 31 December 2022 and is expected to be subsequently turned into property contracted pre- sales in the following months.
