UNAUDITED RESULTS OF NANTONG JIANGHAI

FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2020

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIV A of the SFO.

Nantong Jianghai, an associated company of the Group in which the Group has an equity interest of about 31.72%, announced on 26 August 2020 its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2020. The profit attributable to the owners of Nantong Jianghai for the six months ended 30 June 2020 amounted to approximately RMB139.3 million (equivalent to approximately HK$153.8 million), representing an increase of 34.17% as compared with the corresponding period of last year.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
