The Company’s shareholders Bian Ruiqun, Lin Xuefeng and Xie Zhigang and other shareholders of the company committed that they will not transfer company's shares within 12 months from the listing date.
The Company’s controlling shareholder Yes Optoelectronics (HK) Co., Ltd. and actual controller Jia Jitao committed that they will not transfer company's shares within 36 months from the listing date.
