Yes Optoelectronics (Group) Co., Ltd. announced at its extraordinary general meeting held on September 13, 2021, the shareholders approved the election of LIU HUI as non-independent director, Song Hua, Zhang Su, Zhang Xiaodong as independent directors of the company.
