Furun Holding Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 46% stake in Zhejiang Furun Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. and 51% stake in Zhejiang Furun Textile Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Furun CO.,LTD (SHSE:600070) for approximately CNY 200 million on August 3, 2020. Furun Holding Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 46% stake in Zhejiang Furun Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. and 51% stake in Zhejiang Furun Textile Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Furun CO.,LTD (SHSE:600070) for approximately CNY 320 million on August 24, 2020. This transaction is subject to approval of Board of Zhejiang Furun. As of August 24, 2020, the transaction has been approved by the Board of Zhejiang Furun. On September 9, 2020, the transaction was approved at the First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Zhejiang Furun.
Furun Holding Group Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 46% stake in Zhejiang Furun Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. and 51% stake in Zhejiang Furun Textile Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Furun CO.,LTD (SHSE:600070) on September 29, 2020. Zhejiang Furun CO.,LTD has received the full transfer payments on October 12, 2020.
Zhejiang Furun Digital Technology Co Ltd, formerly Zhejiang Furun Co Ltd, is mainly engaged in textile industry business, steel pipe processing and sale business and large data business. The Company mainly provides Internet marketing and data analysis services. The Company is also involved in the processing and sales of seamless steel pipes, as well as the printing, processing and sales of textiles. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets.
