Zhongxin Fruit and Juice Limited Announces the Resignation of Zhang Chuning as Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

Zhongxin Fruit and Juice Limited announced the resignation of Zhang Chuning as Non-Executive Director, member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. Reason For Cessation: Ms. Zhang Chuning was a nominated board representative of SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co. Ltd. ("SDICZL"), a controlling shareholder of the Company.

It was recommended by SDICZL that Ms. Zhang Chuning step down as a director of the Company and accordingly she has resigned as a director of the Company. Based on its requires, the Company's Sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the annoucemnet, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ms. Zhang Chuning as the Non-Executive Director of the Company.
