RIGA, July 13 (LETA) - In the first six months of this year nine new luxury cars were registered in Latvia, which is by five cars or 35.7 percent less than in the respective period last year, according to information released by the Latvian Auto Association.

Among the registered luxury cars, there were four Bentley Flying Spur cars, two Porsche Panamera cars, one Audi A8, one Bentley Mulsanne, and one BMW 7-Series.

In the first six months of last year, 14 luxury cars were registered in Latvia, including four Mercedes Benz S-Class and four Porsche Panamera cars.

In total, in the first half of this year, 7,537 new passengers were registered in Latvia, which is by 30.4 percent less than in the first half of last year.
