Norwegian Air Shuttle : Grant of employee share options in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 29 May 2019. 

Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA ("NAS") has today granted newly appointed CEO Jacob
Schram 300,000 share options and CFO Geir Karlsen 300,000 share options. Each
share option corresponds to one share. The strike price is NOK 43.00. The
options may be exercised three years from the vesting date.  

Following the grant Jacob Schram holds a total 300,000 options and Geir Karlsen
500,000 options.
