Dr. Amnon Mandelbaum is Founding Managing Partner & General Partner at Sunrise Equity Partners.
He co-founded the firm in October 2003.
He has been Managing Director of Investment Banking at Sunrise Securities Corp since 2001.
Previously, Dr. Mandelbaum served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Josephthal & Co. Inc. Prior to Josephthal, he was Deputy Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Poalim Capital Markets & Investments Group in Israel.
From 1987 to 1996, he held various lending, credit analysis and corporate banking positions in major financial institutions including Bank of New Zealand, National Australia Bank, The New Zealand Treasury and Bank Leumi.
Dr. Mandelbaum received a PhD in Finance and Accountancy from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand in 1994, an MA in Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University in 1987, and a BA Degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University in 1982.
He was a captain in the military intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces.
