Gary Stokes

Mr. Stokes is a Senior Vice President and EIG’s Director of Tax (Europe) & Portfolio Administration.
Prior to joining EIG in 2022, he was in PwC’s Deals practice, where he advised global asset managers on both private and public international transaction structuring and due diligence matters.
During his tenure at PwC, he worked on secondment in New York City for two years as a UK specialist advising US private equity and multinational clients.
Mr. Stokes is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW, and he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham.
