Milan, 19 March 2020 - Please be informed that, today, the Company made available to the public the following documents as approved by the Board of Directors on 18th March 2020:

1. the notice of call to the ordinary general meeting of the Shareholders' (29 April 2020 in a single call),
2. the Directors' Reports relating to the following items of the agenda of the ordinary
   Shareholders' meeting:
3. • item no. 1 (financial statement's approval and allocation of profit);
   • item no. 3 (appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors);
   • item no. 4 (appointment of the audit firm); and
   • item no. 6 (authorization to the purchase and utilization of treasury stock).
