NEW DELHI, March 24 (Reuters) - NeuEN Green Energy, a joint venture between Indian refiner BPCL and a unit of Singapore's Sembcorp Industries will supply 10,000 tonnes per annum green hydrogen to Numaligarh Refinery, the companies said, at a record low price.

* NeuEN will develop a green hydrogen production facility atNumaligarh refinery in the north-eastern state of Assam * The project will supply green hydrogen at India's lowestprice achieved so far, in terms of 279 rupees per kilogram * The project is expected to begin commercial operations in2028
