Real estate company Brinova is acquiring two residential properties comprising 105 apartments in Hässleholm. The properties feature a lettable area of 7,500 square meters with an average rent of SEK 1,155 per square meter, according to a press release.

The properties, which also include 47 outdoor parking spaces, are being acquired through a corporate transaction at an underlying property value of SEK 78 million. Closing is scheduled for April 1.
