Real estate firm Intea has entered into an agreement to sell its entire portfolio of hydropower plants for an underlying property value of SEK 68 million. Closing is expected to take place at the end of April, according to a press release.

"In light of this transaction, the sustainability target of becoming self-sufficient through self-generated electricity has been removed," Intea stated.
