Jaguar Land Rover has temporarily stopped production of Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models at a major U.K. plant following an issue with a parts supplier.
The British automaker, owned by India's Tata Motors, will pause production of the vehicles at its Solihull plant for less than two weeks, with the halt including a pre-planned shutdown for the Easter holidays.
"Due to a part supply challenge with a supplier, we are temporarily pausing production on certain vehicle lines at our Solihull manufacturing facility," a JLR spokesperson said.
"We are working closely with that supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and minimise any impact on our clients or our operations."
The news comes after the company was forced to stop production for several weeks across its U.K. sites last year following a crippling cyberattack, costing the company around 260 million pounds ($346.6 million).
