Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. LI Jiaqing and Mr. YU Jian will not stand for re-election of the fourth session of the Board. Each of Mr. LI Jiaqing and Mr. YU Jian has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter that need to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders with regard to his resignation. As at the date of this announcement, neither Mr. LI Jiaqing nor Mr. YU Jian has any interest in the shares of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO nor any other matter which needs to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation and gratitude to Mr. LI Jiaqing and Mr. YU Jian for their valuable contribution made to the Company during their respective term of service.
