Company-compiled analyst estimates saw revenue for the first quarter at 2.85 billion pounds.
Revenue in North America rose 1% on an organic basis to 932 million pounds, despite a weak cold and flu season.
The strongest product category was oral health, with 8.3% organic growth, which was driven by Sensodyne and Parodontax products, Haleon said.
The company said it expects organic revenue growth of 3% to 5% for the full year.
