Adani Green Energy Limited entered into a securities purchase agreement to acquire Surajkiran Renewable Resources Private Limited from Skypower Southeast Asia III Investments Ltd and others for an enterprise value of approximately INR 3.2 billion.

Adani Green Energy Limited (NSEI:ADANIGREEN) entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement to acquire Surajkiran Renewable Resources Private Limited from Skypower Southeast Asia III Investments Ltd and others for an enterprise value of approximately INR 3.2 billion on March 19, 2021. For FY 2019-2020 Surajkiran has revenue of INR 504.4 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 2021.The acquisition is expected to be value accretive to our shareholders.
