Aidma Holdings, Inc. (TSE:7373) agreed to acquire VDI Solution "Docodemo Desktop" Business of Docodemo, Inc. on September 15, 2021. The transaction will be paid in cash. The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2021.
Aidma Holdings Inc is engaged in the provision of business support to small and medium-sized companies. The Company operates Work Innovation Business which consists of three businesses. The sales support business mainly utilizes a sales database and its sales support system Sales Crowd to support the execution of test marketing activities tailored to the products and services of client companies engaged mainly in the corporate sector. It also conducts various test marketing activities through methods centered on telephone sales. The human resource support business provides employment support to small- and medium-sized companies suffering from a shortage of human resources through mama works, a job site specializing in work-at-home jobs. The business support business provides meet in, a online communication infrastructure. The Company also provides technology installation data.
