The shareholders of the company, Yoji Sugata, panorama inc.,Yuya Suzuki,Takaaki Takahashi, Kengo Tachikawa,Kunio Kushida, Ryuji Manabe, Hifumi consulting Limited company, Fumio Kurashima, Yuji Takahashi, and Ryo Hosoi, have agreed with the Lead manager that they will not sell its common stock etc. during the period from the date on which the original underwriting agreement was entered into (December 18, 2018) on the 90th listed day without prior written consent of the lead manager.
AZoom Co Ltd is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in idle asset utilization business and visualization business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Idle Asset Utilization segment operates the monthly parking lot portal site CarParking and provides a monthly parking lot introduction service that introduce parking lots, as well as renting vacant parking lots from parking lot owners and subleasing them to users as monthly parking lots. The Company's business focuses on monthly parking sublease services. The Company also offer SMART KUKANYOYAKU, a Web reservation system that supports the operation of rental spaces such as conference rooms, gyms, studios and others, Coupa Search, a portal site for hourly parking lots, AdWall, a search site for outdoor advertising spaces. The Visualization segment utilizes specialized skills 3D computer graphics (3DCG) technology to help explain how buildings and spaces are used and how to visualize the finished product.
