Guishang County Bank of Guangyuan City Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive equity funding on June 26, 2017. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Bank of Guiyang Co., Ltd. (SHSE:601997) which will invest CNY 267,798,960. Post transaction, the investor will retain 51% stake in the company. The transaction was approved at the 3rd session for 2017 of the 3rd directorate of Bank of Guiyang Co., Ltd. (SHSE:601997) and does not require the approval of its shareholders’ meeting.
