Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. and Berkshire Bank appointed Chief Accounting Officer Brett Brbovic as Executive Vice President, effective June 14, 2024. Mr. Brbovic joined the Company from KPMG LLP in 2012 and has served as Chief Accounting Officer since 2015. He previously served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, from October 7, 2022, to February 6, 2023.
Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for Berkshire Bank (the Bank). The Bank provides various loans, including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial loans, residential mortgages and consumer loans. The Company's Wealth Management Group provides consultative investment management, trust administration, and financial planning to individuals, businesses, and institutions, with an emphasis on personal investment management.
