(SZSE:002843) agreed to acquire additional 36.51% stake in Dongguan Botai Electronics Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Huiyi Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Zhang Qihua, Li Zhenxu, Jin Lei, Yang Lan, Zheng Ganghai for CNY 120.49 million on December 13, 2023. Dongguan Botai Electronics Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 840.74 million and net assets of CNY 178.43 million on June 30, 2023. The transaction had been approved in the 2nd meeting of the 6th board of directors of Bichamp Cutting Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd.
