Bichamp Cutting Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002843) intends to acquire a 44.23% stake in Dongguan Botai Electronics Co., Ltd. from Jiaxing Hairong No. 12 Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 139.25 million on October 18, 2022. The company will use its own funds of CNY139.25 million to acquire CNY6.25 million worth of investment amount in Botai Electronics Bichamp Cutting Technology's board has approved the transaction.
