Bichamp Cutting Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002843) intends to acquire a 7.54% stake in Dongguan Botai Electronics Co., Ltd. from Zheng Ganghai and Li Zhenxu for CNY 25.93 million on October 18, 2022. Bichamp Cutting Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. will use its own funds of CNY 13.90 million to acquire CNY 0.57 million worth of investment amount in Botai Electronics which accounts for 4.04% of Botai Electronics' stake from Zheng Ganghai and own funds of CNY 12.03 million to acquire CNY 0.49 million worth of investment amount in Botai Electronics which accounts for 3.50% of Botai Electronics' stake) from Li Zhenxu. Bichamp Cutting Technology's board has approved the transaction. For the period April 30, 2022, Dongguan Botai had CNY 743.18 million of total assets and CNY 129.05 million of net assets.
