The following final terms (the "Final Terms ") are available for viewing:
Final Terms for
i. B.A.T. International Finance p.l.c.'s €400,000,000 Floating Rate Guaranteed Notes due 2018 (the "Floating Rate Notes "); and
ii. British American Tobacco Holdings (The Netherlands) B.V.'s €600,000,000 3.125 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2029 (the "Fixed Rate Notes " and together with the Floating Rate Notes, the "Notes "),
issued pursuant to the prospectus dated 12 December 2013 (as supplemented by a supplemental prospectus dated 27 February 2014) (together, the "Prospectus ") in connection with the US$16,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of B.A.T. International Finance p.l.c. and British American Tobacco Holdings (The Netherlands) B.V. (as Issuers) and British American Tobacco p.l.c. and each of the Issuers (except where it is the relevant Issuer) (as Guarantors).
The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended.
