Notice is hereby given to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders and the investing public that the meeting of the Board of Directors of BUA Cement Plc (the Company) earlier scheduled to hold on Thursday, 20th of July 2023 to consider, amongst other matters, the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th June 2023 has been postponed to Monday, 24th July 2023.
Note: All other information contained in the earlier notice remains valid and subsisting.

BUA Cement Plc is a Nigeria-based company, which is a cement producer. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and sales of cement to the general public.
