Case Group AB (publ) (OM:CASE) entered into a letter of intent to acquire Fund operations from Catella FondfÖRvaltning Ab on March 2, 2022. Under the terms, Capital will offer SEK 100 million in cash from its own funds and bank loans, as well as 12.8 million new shares in Case.The current owner of Celina, Athanase Industrial Partners, will own approximately 39 percent of shares in Case following the completion of the acquisition. As on April 22, 2022, Case entered into binding agreement to acquire Fund operations from Catella FondfÖRvaltning Ab conditional on Finansinspektionen issuing the necessary permits.
