Chongqing Taiji Industry(Group) Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600129) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Tibetan Medicine Company of Traditional Tibet College from Chongqing Dayi Technology Investment Co., Ltd., Chongqing Taiji Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Taiji Xiangzhangshu Garden Engineering Co., Ltd. on December 29, 2018. For the year ended December 31, 2017, Tibetan Medicine Company of Traditional Tibet College reported total revenue of CNY 20.3 million, total assets of CNY 147.8 million, net loss of CNY 2.04 million and total common equity of CNY 6.06 million. The transaction is approved by Bord of Directors of Chongqing Taiji Industry(Group) Co.,Ltd.
