Constructora Conconcreto SA is a Colombia-based company primarily engaged in the engineering and construction sector. The Company’s activities include the design, maintenance and development of nonresidential properties, which are structured in four divisions: Commerce and Institutional, which comprises hypermarkets and supermarkets, hospitals, hotels, institutional buildings, sporting and cultural centers and shopping centers; Industry, which includes production plants, docks, pipelines, warehouses and distribution centers; Infrastructure, which specializes in the construction and maintenance of bridges, roads, tunnels, power stations and massive transport systems, and Housing, active in the development of single and multifamily residential properties. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Consorcio Mercantil Colombiano SA, Inmobiliaria Conconcreto SAS and Inverdi SAS. On October 11, 2012, the Company acquired a 100% stake in Inversiones Worldwide Storage SA.
