RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. LU Hua ("Mr. LU") has resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from 14 August 2020 due to the pursuit of his own career development.

Mr. LU has confirmed that he does not have any disagreement with the Board and there is no other matters related to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to give appreciation to Mr. LU for his tremendous contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
