DBA Group has purchased 20,100 of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - DBA Group Spa reported Thursday that it purchased 20,100 of its own ordinary shares between July 27 and Aug. 2.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR1.7477, for a total consideration of EUR35,128.50.

As of today, the company holds 331,200 treasury shares, representing 2.9 percent of its share capital.

DBA Group's stock is down 1.4 percent at EUR1.72 per share.
