Prevedello resigns from DBA board of statutory auditors for personal reasons

(Alliance News) - DBA Group Spa on Wednesday announced that full member of the board of statutory auditors Nadia Prevedello has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons.

The alternate auditor will therefore take her place. The auditing body will therefore be reinstated, to the extent necessary, at the first available meeting.

DBA Group on Wednesday is flat at EUR1.70 per share
