Easterly Government Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. The operations of the Company are carried out primarily through Easterly Government Properties, LP (the Operating Partnership) and the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Operating Partnership. It owns 91 properties totaling 8.9 million square feet. The Companyâs properties include VA-Loma Linda; USCIS-Kansas City; TREAS-Parkersburg; USFS II-Albuquerque; FBI-Tampa; EPA-Lenexa; FBI-Birmingham; Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), located near Dallas, Texas (ICE - Dallas) and others.
