Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the three months ended March 31, 2021. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 74,293 million compared to JPY 77,999 million against a year ago, Operating income of JPY 4,088 million compared to JPY 3,465 million against a year ago. Profit of JPY 3,279 million compared to JPY 2,576 million against a year ago. EPS was ¥50.59 basic per share against ¥39.69 basic per share a year ago.
Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd.is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of food products. The Company operates in five business segments. Confectionery & Food segment provides chocolate, gum, biscuits, snacks, curry roux, and retort products. Frozen Confectionery segment provides ice creams and other products. Overseas segment provides confectionery and frozen desserts in other countries.
