Fibra UNO reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 5,549.48 million compared to MXN 5,293.53 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 6,231.56 million compared to MXN 5,818.09 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 12,535.55 million compared to MXN 3,147.18 million a year ago.
For the full year, sales was MXN 21,288.39 million compared to MXN 19,493.98 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 23,900.69 million compared to MXN 21,868.71 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 23,642.86 million compared to MXN 3,659.54 million a year ago.
Fibra Uno Administracion SA de CV (Fibra Uno) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of commercial real estate investment trust (REIT).
